The Lindsey team joins ERA Sunrise Realty in Savannah Lakes Village

Randy and Janis Lindsey, formerly operating as Village Real Estate, have teamed up with ERA Sunrise Realty to offer Savannah Lakes Village and McCormick area residents with the most advanced real estate technology and marketing systems available. Randy, a licensed real estate professional since 1990, was one of the first onsite sales persons for Cooper Communities Development, the original developer of Savannah Lakes Village. When Cooper exited the project in 2004, Randy opened Village Real Estate to continue servicing the local real estate market. In 2007, Randy’s wife Janis, a 23 year banking veteran, obtained her real estate license to enable the pair to provide even more value to the community.

The Lindseys have lived in Savannah Lakes Village for more than 27 years and felt they needed more to offer their clients. “The real estate market has changed and we felt that we needed to change with it,” Randy commented. “The Savannah Lakes Village area is a destination-type location and we wanted to tap into the vast global reach that a brand like ERA could offer our sellers,” he explained. “Since ERA Sunrise Realty is the largest ERA broker in Georgia and a top 25 ERA broker in the United States, Janis and I thought this was the best fit for our clients,” he said.
